Healing Yoga for Sexual Assault Survivors

 

Woman Warrior workshops create a gentle and powerful
healing space for women who have experienced sexual trauma.
Our workshops are a place for you to feel safe and secure as you learn
yoga-based tools to support your healing.

 
 

How It Works

Sexual assault survivors need a place where they feel safe and comfortable in order to heal. We need to be able to breathe deeply and allow our nervous systems to rest, restore, and reset. Thus, Woman Warrior workshops use targeted breathing, movement, and meditation techniques designed to allow our nervous systems to balance and heal so that we can start spending more time in “rest and digest” mode.
